Additional gift ideas for Mother’s Day

Mother’s Day is a New Age retailer’s kind of holiday. Not only is it a celebration of the divine feminine, it’s also a gift-giving occasion that many people across diverse backgrounds observe. That’s where you come in: Your store is a perfect place to buy gifts for Mom. And you don’t even have to do a lot of special buying to make sure your customers have great gifts to choose from.

Get creative—find and display products you already have in your store that celebrate the moms of the world (like some of the products featured here). Make a list of gift ideas and offer it as a helpful tool for your customers at the counter, in your e-newsletter, and on your website. Create displays in your store with items that can be sold together. Be sure to include some greeting cards in a basket and a sign about your gift certificates or gift cards. Let your customers know that you are ready to help them choose the perfect gift for Mother’s Day.
